Various local streets, W 12th and W 13th (between east of Alma St and Balaclava St)

Sewer Renewal work on local streets. Tentative Schedule: Starting construction in November 2025. Work will start along W 12th to complete spine and laterals (From east of Alma St to Musqueamview St). Approximately in Q1 2026, the crew will progress to W 13th spine and laterals (Dunbar St to Balaclava St). Traffic Impact: Will need the entire road width, however, we will accommodate parking access when it is safe to do so.
